Outside Calais, France, May 23-24, 1940:
The 3rd Royal Tank Regiment, accompanied by the 30th
Infantry Brigade, were ordered to relieve Lord Gort and the Allied forces trapped
within the Dunkirk Perimeter. Their night dash through northern France soon became
a harrowing experience as a group of German Panzers rolled into sight.
VICTORY CONDITIONS: The German player must occupy buildings
14H9 and 14S9, or have more unbroken squads on board 14 than the British by
the end of turn 7. Half squad may be combined fin the final total. Any other
result is a British win. To occupy, there must be no unbroken British MMC (squads,
halfsquads or crews) in the building and there must be at be at one unbroken
  German MMC present therein.

  - OAF 42.3.1: TERRIAN:Place Overlay D on mapboard 5.
All elevated terrain is reduced one level (Level 1 is ground level; Level
    2 is level 1; Level 3 is Level 2).

  - OAF 42.3.2: Convoy movement along road hexes is double
the Cost of Terrain. Other rates are no effects. Once in LOS of a German AFV,
Cost to Terrain for road movement is normal.

Leaders may place starshells as per 49.6.

AFTERMATH: The ill-equipped
British were once again no match for the well-trained German tankers. Three
tanks ultimately broke through to Lord Gort; the rest of the convoy was destroyed
or thrown back into the Calais Pocket.
