  is the player with possession of more of the following 21 building hexes: O4(2); 
  P3(2); Q4(2); O6(2); O7(2); Q6; R6; R7; Q8; S5; U5(2); V4(2), & V5(2). Hexes 
  with (2) indicate a ground level and level 2 hex.

    The Night Visibility Range is 2 hexes throughout the game. 
 
  - OAF33_1.2: TERRIAN: 
    Buildings U5, O4, & O6 are multi-story stone construction. Q6 & S5 
    are one story wood buildings. All other buildings are wooden. Nor market or 
    row house status is in play. the graveyard and Brush are clear terrain.
 
  - OAF33_1.3: WEATHER: 
    The is no wind; Environmental conditions are Wet.
 
  - OAF33_1.4: Russians 
    may not grow concealment. 
 
  - OAF33_1.5: After setup, 
    the Russian Sentries may not move until shots have been fired or Germans are 
    within LOS by a Main Force Unit. the Sentries may themselves shoot prior to 
    this condition.
 
  - OAF33_1.6: Russian 
    Reserves enter two turns after shots are fired. EXAMPLE: shots are fired in 
    DFPh GT2; Reserves enter on Russian Turn 4. EXCEPTION: Movement of the STGIIIF 
    automatically activates all Russian units. Russian Reserves enter two turns 
    after the STGIIIF moves.
