  Central Germany, September 28, 1948:
After three month of supplying Berlin by air, the Soviets
step in and begin turing back transport planes. After a American plane is shot
down, President Truman orders the Army to open sufficient land routes into Berlin
to supply the city, using force if necessary. Scarcely an hour after jumping off,
a task force of the 2nd Armored Division runs into elements of an advancing Guards
Tank Brigade equipped with the latest Stalin III tanks.
VICTORY CONDITIONS: To win, the Americans must exit 4
trucks in convoy off the south edge of board 89,. The Russians win by preventing
  the American victory conditions.
