  Cholm, Russia January1942:
VICTORY CONDITIONS: The Russian player must control 6
building hexes inside the road loop. Control is defined why which side was last
in the building hex. If both sides are simultaneously eliminated in CCPh, neither
side has control. The German player wins by denying a Russian Victory.
