Squad Leader Series Scenarios Authored by SEP

The Scenario Exchange Program (aka SEP) was a consortium of Squad Leader Series player-advocates who generated new scenarios with evaluation and playtests conducted by the SEP membership. I have been provided with partial archives by one of the SEP members and COI playtester, Bryan Van Norwick. These archived predate the age of personal computers (postal organization).. Many scenario designs were not fully developed while others went through multiple revisions. The organization of the archives is lacking as well.
SEP scenarios which were published in ON ALL FRONTS (OAF) are so designated. It is assumed these were the final revisions from SEP. Ownership of the SEP scenarios, regardless of where they were may have been appeared remains undefined. I have yet to establish contact with any authority figure within the SEP organizations.
Most of these scenarios have been modified by SQLA to resolve typos, clarifications, modifications, debugged design flaws and to eliminate a draw result to make suitable for tournament play. Hence they do not match the published form, wither within the SEP archives or as published by OAF.
Several COD Russian vs German scenarios may be played at either COI or COD level with use of COD terrain rules.such as Orchards .These are listed in the the COD section both here as the ROS (Scenario Record) and are designated by '*' after the name.
Scenario rows in Gray are not currently listed in the ROS.
Some of the undeveloped scenarios may be taken from the SEP archives at SQLA to serve as basis for a finished scenario or a new scenarios. Credits will be listed as known.
